Premier Players Awards

Winners of the 17th annual Premier Players Awards (the Memphis Grammys) will be announced March 28, 2002 at the Orpheum Theater. Sponsored by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, this year's awards salute the 50th anniversary of Sun Records.

A nominees' reception will be also be held at the Orpheum at 6 p.m. that evening, with the main program beginning at 7:30 p.m.
